Job Summary: We are seeking a Line Cook to execute and lead the preparation of plant-based dishes, ensuring flavor, presentation, and strict adherence to hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. We design dishes that combine flavor, technique, and purpose—attending to every detail of the process to deliver consistent, innovative, and high-quality gastronomic experiences. **Job Objective** To execute and lead the preparation of plant-based dishes according to Mora Mora’s standards, ensuring flavor, presentation, service timing, and strict compliance with hygiene regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare plant-based dishes following recipes, technical sheets, and brand standards. * Coordinate and support the kitchen team during daily operations. * Verify dish quality. * Comply with and enforce food hygiene, safety, and handling regulations. * Monitor portioning, waste, and proper use of supplies. * Assist with inventory management, receiving, and rotation of raw materials. * Report operational incidents and improvement opportunities to the kitchen supervisor. **Required Profile** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Line Cook A or similar position. * Personnel management experience. * Solid knowledge of culinary techniques and professional kitchen processes. * Knowledge of good hygiene practices. * Operational leadership and teamwork capabilities. * Focus on quality, organization, and execution. * Flexible availability for work schedule. **We Offer** * Base net salary: $12,500 * Immediate statutory benefits (vacation per legal requirements, social security from day one, statutory holidays, vacation bonus...) * Job stability. * Attendance and punctuality bonus. * Growth and development within an expanding brand. * Professional, creative, and collaborative work environment. **LOCATIONS: SANTA FE** **CONTACT: 5610275883** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,500.00 – $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service * Discounted cafeteria service * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
