This is your opportunity to coordinate, develop, and empower a group of talents driving a robust, profitable, and continuously growing brokerage line. **Purpose of the Role** Lead, motivate, and grow a team of external commission-based real estate advisors, ensuring goal achievement and strengthening the regional commercial strategy. **Key Responsibilities** * Recruit, coordinate, and support a minimum team of 5 commission-based advisors. * Ensure achievement of key targets: * **Month 1:** 2 sales * **Intermediate target:** 4 sales per month * **Consolidated target:** 6 sales per month * Design and implement commercial strategies to strengthen brokerage operations. * Monitor team performance using sales and quality metrics. * Provide ongoing training, follow-up, and support to advisors. * Supervise proper use of the CRM and internal systems. * Maintain constant communication with regional management regarding progress and results. **Profile Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience coordinating commercial teams. * **An active network of at least 5 real estate advisors (mandatory).** * Proven experience in sales and objective-driven work. * Prior experience working under a commission-based structure (ideal). * Real estate experience is not mandatory. * Knowledge of leadership, commercial strategies, and team management. * Outstanding skills in communication, negotiation, and proactivity. **Key Competencies** * Leadership * Results orientation * Effective negotiation * Collaborative work * Planning and organization **Position Conditions: Salary and Benefits** * **$18,000 gross monthly (fixed).** * **Monthly bonuses ranging from $15,000 to $30,000**, based on team performance. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Enhanced benefits: * **30 days’ year-end bonus** * **9 paid personal days** * **$2,689 monthly food vouchers** **We seek authentic leaders who want to grow** If you have experience coordinating teams and possess an active network of advisors, this role is for you!
