





**Job Posting: Human Resources Manager** A leading tequila industry company is currently seeking qualified personnel. If you are passionate about this field and wish to advance your professional career, this is your opportunity to join our team! **Key Responsibilities** * Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative staff. * Management of employee registrations, terminations, and modifications with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS). * Maintenance and administration of employee personnel files. * Preparation and maintenance of the department’s document control system. * Support during internal and external audits. * Administration and calculation of payroll (earnings, deductions, incidents, severance payments). * Employee assistance and follow-up on labor and administrative matters. * Management and monitoring of labor relations. * Implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures. * Coordination of training programs and compliance with labor regulations. * Monitoring of departmental metrics (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, etc.). * Management of employment contracts, renewals, and administrative transfers. * Other duties inherent to the Human Resources role. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and applicable labor regulations. * Experience with payroll systems and IMSS platforms (IDSE, SUA). * Ability to manage personnel and labor relations effectively. * Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities with colleagues. **Employment Conditions** * **Location:** Guadalajara, Jalisco * **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Ability to travel to Tequila as needed (personal vehicle required).
