





**Job Objective:** Manage and execute national human talent attraction, selection, and hiring processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, response times, and alignment with organizational culture. **Main Responsibilities:** Post job openings on employment boards, social media, and specialized portals. Conduct resume screening and competency-based interviews. Coordinate interviews with department leaders and manage psychometric or technical assessments. Establish relationships with job boards, universities, and job fairs in different regions of the country. Track the hiring process and ensure proper onboarding. Design regionalized attraction strategies to capture local talent. Ensure compliance with internal policies and current labor legislation. **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in personnel recruitment and selection, ideally at national or regional level. Experience handling operational, administrative, and managerial profiles. Proficiency in competency-based interviews and evaluation tools. **Knowledge:** Intermediate-to-advanced Office suite skills. Basic labor legislation knowledge.
