* Inspect meticulously the manufactured shoe batches made primarily of leather upon receipt, identifying and classifying potential defects (stains, scars, tanning imperfections, etc.) * Ensure that materials meet quality standards and technical specifications for industrial footwear manufacturing. * Record and document inspection results. * Effectively communicate any inconsistencies or quality issues to supervisors or the purchasing team. * Collaborate with the production department to ensure only high-quality raw materials are used. * Proven experience as a leather-type footwear quality inspector, 1 to 2 years. * In-depth knowledge of different types of leathers and hides used in the footwear industry. * Ability to identify and assess material defects. * Attention to detail and ability to work precisely and methodically. * Teamwork skills. * Full-time availability.
