OPERATIONS CONTROL MANAGER IN ZUMPANGO **Education:** Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field focused on manufacturing and processes **Age:** Preferably 35 to 45 years old. **Work Experience:** 1 to 2 years verifiable experience in the manufacturing area. **Working Hours:** Monday from 08:00 to 17:00, Tuesday from 08:00 to 16:30, and Saturday from 08:00 to 13:00. **Daily Salary:** $480.00 **Weekly Net Pay:** $3,400 **Monthly Net Pay:** $15,000. **Benefits:** Punctuality and attendance bonus, grocery vouchers. **Company Location (MPC):** Avenida de los Pinós #50, San Pedro de la Laguna, Zumpango, State of Mexico **Competencies:** Leadership, conflict resolution ability, assertive communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. **Proficiency in Excel is mandatory**, knowledge of Office suite; familiarity with SAE 9.0 is desirable, **invoicing**, purchase orders, requisitions, procurement, **petty cash management.** **Job Objective:** Ensure control and smooth operation of the company’s administrative and operational processes, optimizing available resources to achieve corporate goals. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Drafting procedural manuals. * Tracking purchase orders and requests. * Entering production reports. * Preparing inventories. * Planning, organizing, and controlling financial and material resource administration to enhance their efficient utilization. * Coordinating machinery downtime with production and maintenance departments. * Attending to suppliers or external personnel requiring special assistance. * Invoicing orders. * Preparing purchase orders. * Managing petty cash. * Monitoring civil protection programs and safety regulations. * Verifying compliance with shipping procedures, conducting material assessments required for unit operation, and establishing delivery routes for orders to each unit operator.
