**Location:** Parque Industrial PLATAH (Villa de Tezontepec, Hidalgo) — *100% On-site.*
**Schedule:**
* Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
* Tuesday and Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
**What profile are we looking for?**
* Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or Law.
* 1–2 years of experience performing generalist or operational HR functions, preferably in manufacturing companies, warehouses, or industrial plants.
* Mandatory and up-to-date knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and familiarity with NOM-035.
* Proficiency in tracking and calculating payroll-related incidents, including overtime, piecework, severance payments, and settlements for pre-payroll processing.
* Strong interpersonal skills: assertive communication, empathy, and firmness to mediate labor conflicts.
**Your main responsibilities will include:**
* **Personnel Administration:** Preparation, safekeeping, and strict updating of 100% of physical and digital employee files (including drafting employment contracts and equipment liability letters).
* **Pre-Payroll Management:** Weekly and rigorous tracking of attendance-related incidents (attendance, absences, tardiness, disabilities, overtime, and piecework) to coordinate timely payroll processing in coordination with the Accounting Department.
* **Labor Relations and Terminations:** Direct handling and resolution of operational staff inquiries or conflicts. Full-cycle termination management, calculation, and delivery of severance payments or settlements in compliance with the LFT.
* **HR Operations:** Managing vacation and leave requests, issuing payroll slips, and supporting local recruitment and selection processes as operationally required.
