Job Summary: TIV is seeking proactive and responsible General Helpers to support operational activities related to material preparation, conditioning, and handling at our rebar processing plant. Focus on workplace safety and hygiene. **\*Técnicas Industriales con Varilla (TIV)** At Técnicas Industriales con Varilla (TIV), we are looking for proactive and responsible individuals to join our team as General Helpers at our rebar processing plant. Your mission will be to support operational activities related to material preparation, conditioning, and handling to ensure the continuous flow of our production. **\*Main Responsibilities:** * Support the rebar processing operation, including cutting, sorting, and preparing materials for shipment. * Properly handle materials and tools within the plant. * Maintain cleanliness, order, and organization in work areas to ensure a safe environment. * Contribute to proper finished-product storage and inventory control. * Strictly follow safety and hygiene regulations, using required personal protective equipment (PPE). * Identify and report defective materials or unsafe conditions to the supervisor. **\*Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed junior high school. * **Gender:** No preference. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year as a general helper or in material loading/unloading. * **Knowledge:** (Preferred) Familiarity with rebar handling and processing operations. * **Age:** 18 to 50 years old. * **Skills:** Ability to work in a team, proactive attitude, and adaptability to repetitive tasks in industrial environments. * **Availability:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM **\*We Offer:** * **Stability:** Stable and respectful work environment. * **Compensation:** Weekly payment. * **Development:** Real opportunity for **professional growth and development** within the company.
