The ideal candidates will have a passion for education, supporting children with additional needs, and be committed to helping each child in the most effective way depending on the individual needs. **Duties:** * Assist the Class Teacher in preparing work for the lesson ahead * Assist with group activities * Work with children on a 1:1 and group basis * Provide additional support to children with a range of SEN needs * Tailor lesson plans to individual needs * Work inside and outside the classroom * Work effectively under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO * Support pupils with personal care needs when appropriate **Requirements:** * Confident in communicating with parents, pupils and members of staff * Able to handle difficult situations and behaviour efficiently * Experience working with additional needs in a school setting (or similar) If this sounds like the role for you please click apply , upload a recent copy of your CV and I will be in touch.
