Job Summary: We are seeking a Receptionist to provide customer service and administrative support, coordinating operational activities and supporting management to ensure the company operates smoothly. Coordinates operational activities and provides support to management Grupo Marpa, a tire industry company with over 50 years of experience, is looking for: RECEPTIONIST Job Objective: To provide efficient and professional administrative attention and support, facilitate internal and external communication, and ensure proper coordination of operational activities and support to management, thereby contributing to the company's smooth operation and organization. RESPONSIBILITIES • Receiving and attending to visitors, customers, and suppliers. • Answering and routing telephone calls via the switchboard to various departments within the company. • Receiving, registering, and routing internal packages and correspondence. • Providing administrative and operational assistance to executive staff. • Processing and recording expense reports for executive staff travel allowances in the system. • Validating and confirming customer payments through the company's banking platforms. • Supporting general administrative tasks, including sending emails, digitizing documents, making copies, drafting and managing files.
