Leaders in e-commerce for over 18 years.** **Join our team as a Community & Marketplace Manager** We are looking for an organized, proactive individual with experience in digital sales to manage our social media channels and primarily our online stores. You will be responsible for managing listings, sales, inventory, customer service, and the growth of our digital platforms. **Responsibilities** **Marketplace Management (primary):** * List and optimize products on Mercado Libre, Amazon, and other channels. * Manage inventory, pricing, variations, and descriptions. * Handle orders, returns, and customer claims. * Monitor marketplace metrics and reputation. * Conduct competitor analysis and improve product listings. * Track shipments and coordinate with the warehouse team. **Social Media:** * Manage posts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. * Create promotional content for products, offers, and news. * Respond to messages and comments from potential customers. * Create and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and Instagram. **Requirements:** * Proven experience on Mercado Libre and/or Amazon. * Knowledge of online sales and digital customer service. * Ability to write clear and persuasive product descriptions. * Proficiency with design and video editing tools. **Technical Skills:** * Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager. * Audience targeting and campaign optimization. * Experience with CRM and ATS (Applicant Tracking System). * Graphic design and persuasive copywriting skills (desirable). **Valued Skills:** * Accuracy, organization, and process follow-up. * Metric analysis (KPIs) and data-driven decision making. * Problem-solving ability regarding customer issues or orders. * Creativity to make products stand out from competitors. * Passion for motorcycles (a plus). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Positive work environment and job stability. * Partial remote work option.
