Keep reading!** **Key Responsibilities:** * **Industrial Maintenance**: Perform diagnostics and repairs (preventive, corrective, and predictive) on automated production lines to minimize downtime. * **Programming and Configuration**: Operate key devices such as **PLCs** (Programmable Logic Controllers), **HMIs**, and machine vision systems. * **Robotics and Instrumentation**: Operate and maintain robotic arms and sensors measuring critical variables such as pressure, temperature, or flow. * **Process Optimization**: Analyze failures using established methodologies and manage production performance. **What You Need to Succeed:** * Gender: **No preference.** * Age: **Must be of legal age.** * Education: Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree **related to the position (completed).** * **Experience:** Minimum of **2 years** in similar roles within the food industry. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially intermediate/advanced Excel) and logistics management systems. * **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication, coordination, customer service, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities under pressure. **We Offer:** * **Salary: $19,000** * Paid **biweekly.** * Direct employment. * Statutory benefits. * **Enhanced benefits:** * Production bonus. * Grocery vouchers. * Savings fund. * Career growth within the company. * Recreational events such as: Family Day, Children’s Day, Year-End Celebration, Grocery Distribution, Grupo Herdez Gift, and Preferential Product Pricing. **Work Conditions:** * Preferred residence within 40 minutes of the worksite.
