Your mission will be to align our employees’ growth with the company’s strategic objectives, ensuring that both administrative staff and field personnel possess the competencies required for success. **Your Responsibilities:** * **Strategic DNC:** Diagnose training needs in offices and operational centers (field sites). * **Legal Compliance:** Manage STPS forms DC\-1, 2, 3, and 4\. * **Organizational Culture:** Implement and monitor NOM\-035 and Workplace Climate Surveys. * **Career and Life Plan:** Design growth paths for engineers and technical staff. * **Onboarding:** Optimize the induction program for new hires. * **Performance Evaluation:** Coordinate evaluation cycles and 360° feedback, Nine Box. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy, or related field. * **Experience:** 3 to 5 years in Organizational Development or Training roles (prior experience in construction, engineering, or heavy industry companies is mandatory). * **Technical Knowledge:** Advanced proficiency in KPIs, teaching methodologies, and current labor regulations, Nine Box. * **Skills:** Excellent communication, project leadership, and ability to interact effectively across all hierarchical levels (from directors to operational staff). **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Growth opportunities within a solid and expanding company. * Dynamic, results-oriented work environment.
