Documentation management and service billing Servicios Médicos y de Hemodiálisis Pachuca is offering the position of: **EVENING RECEPTIONIST** **Summary:** Ensure proper access for patients, family members, and visitors to the hemodialysis unit by systematically recording entries in the corresponding logs, directing each individual to the appropriate department, thereby delivering quality service aligned with each visitor’s specific needs. **Knowledge and Experience Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience **Desired Qualifications:** * Both genders * Age 25–45 **Responsibilities:** * Receive subsequent patients according to assigned shift and schedule, and provide guidance regarding any required assistance. * Receive first-time patients, collect admission documentation, notify Social Work staff for review, and subsequently route the patient to a nephrologist for evaluation. * Notify Human Resources staff upon patient admission to issue an identification badge. * Register patients in the electronic attendance system and process service payments for private-pay patients. **We Offer:** * Direct employment at the clinic. * Statutory benefits (year-end bonus, IMSS, vacation bonus, paid vacation). * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 2:00–10:00 PM; Sunday off. * Salary: $9,720.00 net monthly + monthly bonuses. * Biweekly payroll disbursement.
