Job Summary: We are seeking technicians or engineers with experience in preventive and corrective ATM maintenance for field work, resolving technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to growth, we seek technicians or engineers for field work. MUST HAVE ATM EXPERIENCE Requirements: Minimum education: Completed technical high school diploma with certificate Experience: ATM technician Knowledge of ATM types: Wincor Nixdorf, Diebold, NCR Knowledge of and commitment to meeting service metrics, guaranteeing customers a satisfaction level as required. * Diagnose and resolve technical issues with equipment. * Strong communication skills for escalating failures to support and receiving instructions for repair or fault correction. * Good organization, control, and reporting of expenses and administrative matters related to field work. * Proactive attitude and customer service orientation. * Tolerance and ability to work under pressure to meet service objectives. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. 100% Field Work.
