Join our team as a Maintenance Assistant. *Requirements:* * Minimum of 6 months prior experience * High school diploma or equivalent * Age 30 and above * Flexible schedule availability *Knowledge and skills:* * Ability to repair equipment, basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, masonry, and painting. * Service-oriented attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. * Mathematical and logical reasoning skills. * Attention to detail. * Organizational and disciplinary skills to manage multiple tasks. *Responsibilities:* * Technical support: Assist skilled tradespeople and technicians in repairs, installations, and other maintenance activities. * Minor repairs: Perform basic and routine repairs such as changing light bulbs, minor adjustments, and furniture repairs. * General maintenance: Carry out tasks such as painting, basic carpentry, plumbing, and masonry as needed. * Cleaning and organization: Keep work areas, machine rooms, workshops, and other facilities clean and orderly. * Inspection and diagnosis: Assist in inspecting facilities and equipment, and help diagnose and repair malfunctions. * Compliance with regulations: Follow established safety and hygiene protocols and complete documentation related to completed tasks.
