**Position: Housekeeping Supervisor – Hotel Misión Pachuca** **Schedule:** From **8:00 AM to 6:00 PM**, with **2 hours for lunch** **Day off:** Sunday **Job Description:** We are seeking a responsible, organized **Housekeeping Supervisor** with experience in the hospitality industry to supervise and coordinate cleaning and maintenance tasks for guest rooms and common areas of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate housekeeping and room attendant staff. * Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Monitor inventory of linens, towels, cleaning supplies, and room amenities. * Report damages or maintenance needs to the appropriate department. * Assist in training cleaning personnel on techniques, product usage, and procedures. * Maintain daily records of cleaned, occupied, and pending rooms. * Ensure proper appearance and cleanliness throughout all hotel areas. * Enforce safety and hygiene regulations. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Cleaning Supervisor in the hotel industry. * Knowledge of personnel management, deep cleaning procedures, and inventory control. * Service-oriented attitude, leadership skills, and attention to detail. * Flexible availability. * Minimum education: High school diploma (preferred: Bachelor's degree).
