**We are seeking a Group Credit Manager with RECENT and PROVEN experience in a financial institution (minimum 2 years).** * Job stability, mastery of strict performance indicators, operational leadership, ability to work under pressure, and team development are essential. * **Please apply only if you fully meet the required experience.** **Essential requirements (please read before applying):** * Minimum of 2 years RECENT and PROVEN experience as a Group Credit Manager in a financial institution. * Employment stability (candidates with high turnover will not be considered). * Proven experience managing strict indicators (delinquency, retention, loan disbursement, renewal, and recovery). * Proficiency with mobile phone, computer, and Office software suite. * Gender indifferent. * Availability to travel within the assigned area.
