Supervising and tracking vehicles (loading, route, and unloading).Preparing and tracking travel documents (expense vouchers, driver hours logbook, waybill request forms, trip settlement).Supervising documents required for settlement and invoicing.Fuel self-consumption control and external fuel refills.
