Requirements: 1\.\- Experience in logistics, knowledge of operator organization, and customer service. 2\. Adaptability to change, file management skills, customer service skills, time management skills, and sense of urgency. 3\. Ability to work in a team and under pressure. 4\. Knowledge of basic computer tools. Responsibilities: 1\. Support in planning and organizing logistics operations. 2\. Monitoring and tracking of orders and deliveries. 3\. Collaboration in customer service management and ensuring on-time deliveries. 4\. Customer service, incident resolution, and follow-up on incidents. 5\. Preparation of reports and statistics. 6\. Coordination and monitoring of supply chain operations; system and GPS reviews to measure operator efficiency in terms of time and customer delivery, using performance indicators.
