Position Summary: We are seeking an IT Systems Assistant to provide technical support, monitor infrastructure, perform maintenance, and assist in network and information security administration. Support in ERP system administration (SAP, SAE) DISTRIBUCIÓN Y SERVICIOS LOGÍSTICOS S.A DE C.V **WE ARE SEEKING: IT SYSTEMS ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS:** * EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering * Availability to relocate **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide technical support to users to resolve incidents related to hardware, software, and networks. * Monitor the technological infrastructure to identify potential improvements or failures. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and peripherals. * Assist in firewall and antivirus configuration and monitoring. * Assist in network configuration and administration, ensuring connectivity. * Assist in user training on best practices for information security. * Perform data backups following established policies. * Assist in managing permissions and access to internal systems. * Install and update software and hardware according to departmental needs. * The responsibilities listed above are illustrative and not exhaustive. * Support ERP system administration (SAP, SAE) under the supervision of the IT Coordinator. * Assist in implementing information security policies. **OFFER:** * GROSS MONTHLY SALARY $14,600 * Profit sharing * Vacation benefits * Christmas bonus: 25 days * Bimonthly in-kind food allowance * Social security Employment type: Full-time Salary: $14,600\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
