We seek a candidate with leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to align human capital with business objectives—ensuring team development, well-being, and productivity. Position Objective Lead the **talent management and organizational development strategy**, ensuring the company has the right personnel, efficient organizational structures, and a work environment aligned with the organization’s culture and goals. **Key Responsibilities** Strategic Talent Planning * Ensure the company has the necessary talent to achieve business objectives. * Design organizational structures and team growth plans. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition * Lead processes for **sourcing, selection, and hiring** of new candidates. * Ensure attraction of talent aligned with organizational culture. Talent Development and Management * Design **career paths, training, and professional development programs**. * Monitor employee performance and growth. * Implement onboarding and mentoring programs for new hires. Compensation and Benefits * Design and oversee competitive compensation frameworks. * Ensure financial sustainability of benefits programs. Organizational Climate and Culture * Promote a positive work environment aligned with company values. * Provide emotional support and guidance to employees when needed. Legal Compliance and Labor Administration * Ensure compliance with current labor regulations. * Minimize legal risks associated with personnel management. Strategic Activities and Cross-Departmental Collaboration Provide strategic HR advisory support to **General Management** on human capital matters. Requirements * Minimum of **3 years’ experience in HR directorship or leadership roles**. * Experience in **communications, marketing, or advertising companies** (preferred). Experience in: * Organizational development * Talent planning * Workplace climate * Organizational chart and process design * Job description and career path development * Training programs * Strategic talent recruitment * Designing and implementing **organizational policies**. * Measuring key human capital metrics (turnover, productivity, absenteeism, performance). * Participating in **organizational change management** initiatives. * Establishing partnerships with external specialists (psychologists, physicians, consultants, etc.). * Ensuring operational continuity of talent within the organization. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: **10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.** * Saturdays: **10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.** * Availability for extended hours when operationally required. **We Offer** **Base Salary:** $20,000 per month ✔ Statutory benefits ✔ Work tools: **laptop and mobile phone** ✔ Professional growth opportunities Salary: $20,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
