Guide the entire cycle from product conception to series delivery, ensuring timely execution, resource optimization, and technology transfer, contributing to the organization's competitiveness and sustainability. * Participate in forums with the staff team to review manufacturing and industrialization processes. * Responsible for analyzing and reporting industrialization and manufacturing costs. * Identify and mitigate industrial risks within the program. * Develop and monitor the industrialization plan. * Coordinate technology transfer plans to overseas plants and manage industrial changes. * Analyze facility, equipment, staffing, and prototype requirements. * Lead the Prototype Forum and represent manufacturing across various international plants. Ensure compliance with program schedules and report progress. * Coordinate the program’s documentation closure and lessons learned. **Required Qualifications** * **Education:** Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or related field. * **Specialization:** Project management, advanced manufacturing, or process engineering. * **Desirable certifications:** Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or equivalent. * **Languages:** Advanced English essential. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrialization, manufacturing engineering, or management of complex industrial programs. * Proven experience in the metal-mechanical sector or related industries (automotive, metalworking). * Process engineering and advanced manufacturing. * Management of large-scale industrial projects. * Cost control and optimization. * Production planning. * Interpretation of technical drawings and specifications. * Industrial quality and safety regulations. * ERP (SAP or similar), AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks. * Direct involvement in international projects and technology transfer.
