Each brand benefits from the global scale and shared best practices that come from ownership by Restaurant Brands International Inc. **Responsibilities:** **Product Innovation \& Development** * Support the development, validation and launch of new and renovated food concepts for the country, from early ideation to market execution, ensuring full compliance with brand standards. * Collaborate closely with R\&D partners and suppliers to refine formulations, optimize recipes, improve product performance and ensure technical feasibility for large\-scale operations. * Conduct product tastings, sensory evaluations and competitive benchmarking to assess and enhance flavor, texture, visual appeal, and overall consumer experience. **Consumer Insights \& Market Understanding** * Lead product and concept testing initiatives to gather consumer insights that inform decision\-making and guide innovation roadmaps. * Translate consumer trends, behavioral data, and operational feedback into actionable recommendations for new product opportunities. * Monitor category dynamics, QSR trends, competitor launches, and emerging customer needs to strengthen the innovation pipeline. **Marketing \& Commercial Support** * Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure product innovations are aligned with brand positioning, communication strategy, and commercial priorities. * Contribute to the creation of compelling product stories, value propositions, and launch toolkits to support integrated marketing campaigns. * Participate in pricing discussions, menu strategy analyses and post\-launch performance evaluations to maximize product financial impact. **Project Management \& Cross\-Functional Coordination** * Act as guardian of product standards and manage the product approval process with internal stakeholders and external partners. * Coordinate cross\-functional alignment with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Finance, and external suppliers to ensure on\-time and flawless execution of new product introductions. * Support the annual innovation calendar and ensure tracking, documentation and communication of project milestones. **Qualifications:** * 2–3 years of experience in product innovation, food development, marketing, or related roles in the restaurant, QSR, FMCG, or food manufacturing industry. * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Nutrition, Marketing, Business, or related fields. * Passion for food and creativity, with the ability to develop ideas that balance consumer appeal, operational practicality, and business profitability. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, with the ability to interpret consumer testing data, market insights and operational realities. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross\-functional teams and external partners. * Strong project management capabilities; able to multitask and work in fast\-paced, dynamic environments. * Ambitious, self\-driven and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and follow\-through. * Strong presentation skills and ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences. * Fluent in Business English. \#BurgerKing Benefits at all of our global offices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness.
