You are the ideal candidate for this role if you have at least 2 years of marketing research experience, ideally on the supplier side. In this position, you will be responsible for leading the full project life cycle, set\-up through client presentations, working with sales and internal operations. You will help clients with everything from ad concept testing to ad pre\-testing, as well as campaign evaluations, pack testing, brand tracking, segmentation, shopper research, ad hoc studies, qual methodologies etc. **Responsibilities:** * Independently manage research studies across a variety of complexities and methodologies. * Develop compelling and accurate story\-led analyses and final reports, to be discussed with and signed off by your Research Manager. * Provide clear, consistent, and proactive communication to clients regarding project progress. * Manage multiple projects at once in a fast\-paced environment. * Work together with project managers and operations for deployment and execution, while maintaining overall management of timelines. **Your profile:** * Bachelor’s degree and/or at least 2 years of market research experience. * Previous experience in various research methodologies, including ad concept testing, campaign evaluation, pack testing, brand tracking, segmentations, shopper research, ad hoc studies, qual methodologies etc. * Proficient in Excel \& PowerPoint. * Demonstrated success in questionnaire design, analysis, and project management. * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships with both internal partners and external clients. * Languages: English proficiency is mandatory * Strong organizational skills with an ability to multi\-task and effectively prioritize own workload. * Demonstrated attention to detail and dedication to maintaining the highest standards of research quality. * *Please submit your CV in English* **Our Values:** **A**cting with Ownership\- Demonstrating individual accountability **B**ringing a forward mindset\- Being action\-oriented, bold and entrepreneurial **C**ollaborating with Curiosity\- Exhibiting teamwork through togetherness **D**iscussing openly, committing jointly\- Sharing your views openly **E**mbracing empathy\- Being egoless \& caring **What we offer:** At Toluna, we’re all about creating a welcoming, diverse workplace where everyone can thrive.
