




Person suitable for work requiring manual dexterity to process materials such as bricks, concrete blocks, mortar, cement, and water, to construct masonry elements including walls, bond beams, structural columns, columns, slabs, inspection chambers, sills, parapets, chamfers, curb extensions, catch basins, pavements, curbs, planters, flower beds, façades, retaining walls, wall finishes such as roughcasts, plastering and related techniques, leveling, polishing, and stone masonry work for foundations and walls; additionally capable of performing physically demanding tasks such as demolition, material loading, hauling, and excavation. MINIMUM REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE. Completed or incomplete primary school education. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Proficiency in using hand tools, tape measure, square, level, plumb bob, ruler, trowel, float, grinder, circular saw, shovel, and pickaxe. Ability to use sledgehammer and chisel. Ability to mark layouts on site using pencil, chalk, two-color chalk, and marker pen. Assist the journeyman. Position type: Project-based or fixed-term employment. Contract duration: 3 months.
