As an **Accounting Business Analyst** (m/f/d) for the Global Accounting, Process Excellence Team, you will help improve and automate accounting processes, shape how we work, and play a key part in our company’s success. **About the Role** * Work to improve and automate accounting processes as part of the Process Excellence Team and contribute to accounting and transformation projects * Collaborate closely with Leadership of Central Accounting Teams in Mexico City on their improvements Roadmaps * Understand current accounting processes, conduct in\-depth analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement * Translate business needs into clear and concise documentation for technical teams, including RPA developers, to develop a solution * Design and further develop dashboards, applications, and tools across the complete lifecycle * Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during the implementation of new finance processes or improvement of existing processes * Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of implemented accounting finance process improvements, as well as monitor the performance of financial processes, adjusting as necessary **About You** * A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field * Certification in RPA platforms is a plus * Solid understanding of data analytics and system integration concepts * Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and proven experience in managing projects focused on implementing or improving finance processes * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to support decisions and drive improvements * Hands\-on experience with finance systems; knowledge of ERP system, Oracle is a strong advantage * Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
