





The Quality Manager will be responsible for controlling and improving internal and external quality indicators, leading quality functions in accordance with the internal management system, compliance with the IATF 16949 standard, as well as VD 6\.3 and 6\.5 guidelines, in order to guarantee conforming products and customer satisfaction to maintain and enhance long-term business relationships, ensuring the achievement of strategic and business objectives. * Establish monitoring over product performance, identifying cause(s) of adverse effects, to implement proactive preventive control actions. * Ensure proper deployment of process controls throughout operational points. * Guarantee product conformity and customer satisfaction by managing necessary resources to maintain and strengthen long-term business relationships. * Comply with and enforce company policies, internal procedures, and all applicable regulations. * Provide appropriate tools for developing soft and hard skills through experience (mentoring) and motivation (coaching).
