Perfect — you’ll fit right in. **ASSOCIATE ACCOUNT DIRECTOR** ------------------------------ The Associate Account Director leads key accounts or a group of mid-sized clients. This role combines strategy, financial management, and team leadership. The goal is to strengthen client relationships, drive growth, and ensure that delivered work is clear, effective, and aligned with business objectives. **ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS:** ============================================= * Define strategic direction for accounts to meet client objectives. * Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client executives. * Manage budgets, generate forecasts, and monitor overall account performance. * Guide and develop the team to strengthen their skills and confidence. * Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, and Media teams to create integrated campaigns. * Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. * Serve as the primary point of contact to resolve client issues quickly and effectively. * Support new business efforts through proposals and presentations. **REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:** ========================================== * Experience leading complex accounts and advising senior clients. * Ability to motivate, guide, and develop teams. * Action-oriented analytical thinking. * Clear communication and a calm approach to challenges. * Attention to detail and excellent time management. * Financial knowledge to manage account budgets. * Confidence when interacting with clients and executives. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:** ============================ * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications. * 6 to 9 years of experience in agencies or client management. * 1 to 2 years of direct team leadership experience. * Experience across digital, media, and traditional channels. * Familiarity with tools such as Asana, HubSpot, or Google Workspace is desirable. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
