Join us as: **VISUAL MERCHANDISING FOR DEPARTMENT STORE** **Full-time** **Previous experience** in department retail store required, clothing sector essential **Responsibilities** * Develop sales strategies together with store manager to achieve monthly sales budget * Store marketing * Interpretation of VM manuals and guidelines * Update and proper styling of mannequins * Setup and special displays * Care and maintenance of all visual support POP materials and store mannequins * Product adaptation and substitution to achieve sales goals * Training of sales associates and supervision * Support general store administration jointly and/or in absence of Store Manager and Cashier **You only need** * High school education preferred * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position (visual merchandising area, handling POP materials, guidelines, setups) * Full-time availability **We offer** * Monthly base salary $9,500 net * Business hours 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (adjustable according to store operational needs) * 2 weekly days off (adjustable according to store operational needs) * Bonus based on total store sales according to goal achievement * Statutory benefits * Employee discount * Death benefit assistance INTERESTED?
