Renaul Pachuca is looking for: SERVICE MANAGER \- AFTER SALES
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* **Operational Supervision and Management:** Lead the service and parts department, ensuring that vehicle reception, diagnosis, repair, and delivery processes are carried out efficiently and within promised timeframes. This includes managing the workshop, spare parts inventory, and logistics.
* **Team Management:** Coordinate training and motivate the team (service advisors, technicians, appraisers, and administrative staff). Responsible for setting clear goals, evaluating performance, and fostering a productive work environment.
* **Customer Service:** Ensure maximum customer satisfaction in after-sales service. This involves monitoring satisfaction surveys, effectively resolving complaints or issues, and developing strategies to enhance customer experience and long-term retention.
* **Administration and Profitability:** Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as profit margin, billable hours, and return rate. Control operational costs, manage warranties, and generate financial reports for management.
* **Supplier and Brand Relations:** Maintain smooth communication with the manufacturer to coordinate audits, training sessions, and compliance with established protocols.
REQUIREMENTS:
* **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY**
* Strong communication skills and excellent customer service
