DESCRIPTION **STORE MANAGER** ================== **Hello! We are Grupo Bafar!** At Grupo Bafar, we are looking for a **STORE MANAGER** with great attitude and a strong desire to do things right. If you have at least 1 year of experience in this field, we want to meet you! ‍ **What will you do?** --------------- As Store Manager, you will be the heart of our store. Your responsibilities will include: * **Meet sales budgets**: Your mission will be to ensure we sell like the champions we are. Let’s break sales records together. * **Supervise the prospecting plan and customer visits**: You’ll need to closely monitor how our customer visits and prospecting activities unfold. We want our customers to feel right at home! * **Supervise store operations**: Here, we’d greatly appreciate your support in ensuring all employees are aligned and performing their tasks efficiently and in an organized manner. * **Increase store transactions**: Your creativity and positive outlook will help attract more customers and generate more transactions. * **Ensure proper use and functioning of tools and equipment**: We want everything to run perfectly—so your ability to supervise equipment is indispensable! * **Control product seizures**: You must remain vigilant to follow protocols and manage any situation that may arise. Everything must remain under control. * **Ensure store security**: With your help, we’ll ensure our alarms and security systems are always in perfect working order. * **Lead the weekly meeting**: We’ll share updates on store and staff status, so please ensure everyone stays informed and motivated. * **Oversee onboarding training for new staff**: We want our new colleagues to integrate seamlessly.
