Be part of one of the most recognized franchises in Mexico, join our team as a **Gas Station Manager.** **Position Objective:** Lead the supervision and comprehensive management of the daily operations of the station, ensuring maximum operational efficiency, profitability, customer service, and strict compliance with all legal and safety regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the proper operation of the station across different shifts, ensuring correct application of labor regulations and internal policies. * Guarantee adherence to service protocols and customer service standards. * Ensure corrective and preventive maintenance of facilities and equipment. * Verify shift settlements, cash counts, and daily reconciliations. * Manage incidents, shortages, leaks, or operational deviations. * Plan and execute commercial strategies and promotions. * Ensure compliance with regulations (PROFECO, STPS, ASEA, etc.), including handling official visits and full follow-up until the process or requirement is completed. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree or Technical career (Administration, Industrial Engineering or related). * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in gas stations or similar industries (retail, convenience stores, logistics, etc.). * **Knowledge in:** * Inventory control and cash handling. * Sales and productivity indicators. * Personnel management. * Industrial safety and customer service. * Customer service, sales. * Intermediate level in Excel and administrative systems. * **Availability to work rotating shifts.** **We Offer:** * Competitive salary: 19,000 to 23,000 net per month (depending on experience) * Performance bonuses * Weekly fuel allowance * Statutory benefits. * Training and professional development. * Growth opportunities within the company. * On-site position: Mixquiahuala, Hgo.
