We are seeking a passionate and motivated Employability to support learners across Leeds. In this rewarding role, you will empower individuals to build their confidence, develop essential employability skills to successfully prepare for the workplace. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong people skills, a flair for training, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed. Key Responsibilities * Deliver engaging **non\-accredited training sessions** in employability and digital skills. * Provide **basic IT support**, such as setting up email accounts, using attachments, and navigating online platforms. * Guide learners through the **job application process**, including CV writing, cover letters, and interview techniques. * Actively support learners in applying for jobs and progressing into sustainable employment. * Deliver both **group training sessions** and tailored **1:1 mentoring** to meet learners needs. * Set clear, achievable targets and track learner progress using the company database. **Skills \& Experience Required:** * Strong **IT literacy** with confidence in teaching basic digital skills. * Proven experience in **training delivery** or mentoring, ideally within employability or skills development. * Ability to work effectively with learners of **varying ability levels**. * Experience in **CV writing, job search strategies, and interview preparation**. * Comfortable facilitating both **group workshops** and **individual coaching sessions**. * Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills** with the ability to motivate and inspire. * Organised, target\-driven, and able to manage learner progression effectively. * A genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals and progress into work. * Commitment to being available for the duration of the contract. **What s in it for you?** * Opportunity to work with a nationally recognised training provider. * Flexible sessional contract with potential for extension. * The chance to make a real difference to people s lives across Leeds. **How to Apply:** If you re enthusiastic about empowering others and have the skills and experience we re looking for, we d love to hear from you.
