Preparation of coffee-based beverages, cocktails, and mixology. Completed high school diploma, technical degree in Food and Beverages, or related field. Available to rotate shifts (**shift ends 11 PM\-12 AM**) **Key Responsibilities:** * Preparation and shaking of hot beverages with and without coffee, smoothies, juices, cocktails, beer, wine, etc. * Adherence to recipes and procedures, as well as creation of new seasonal beverages * Maintaining cleanliness and order at the bar (glassware washing, daily and weekly deep cleaning) * Performing production tasks to ensure bar service readiness * Receiving, washing, and organizing products * Working in compliance with good manufacturing practices and appropriate hygiene standards for food and beverage handling and preparation * Working under pressure and with a sense of urgency * Conflict resolution and problem-solving; effective communication Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,200\.00 \- $10,200\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Application Question(s): * Do you reside in Pachuca, Hgo? * Are you available for rotating shifts, ending at 11 PM\- midnight?
