




**Main Responsibilities:** * **Recruitment and selection** of operational personnel (cashiers, drivers, warehouse workers, administrative staff). * **Payroll administration** (management of incidents, delays, absences, overtime, vacations). * **Labor relations**: enforcement of internal regulations, handling conflicts, managing disciplinary sanctions. * **Training and development** basics (onboarding, customer service training, internal policies). * **Document management**: contracts, employee records, IMSS registrations/terminations, legal compliance (STPS). * **Workplace culture and climate**: team integration activities, internal communication, employee motivation. * **Reporting to management** on turnover, absenteeism, incidents, and staffing needs. **Candidate Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * **Experience:** 3–5 years in generalist HR roles, preferably in retail, grocery, or mass consumer goods. * **Knowledge:** * Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT. * Payroll processing (can be via Excel or software). * Recruitment of operational profiles. **Negotiable salary: 14,000 to 16,000 pesos net** **Schedule: Mon\-Fri 9 am to 5 pm/ Sat\- 9 am\- 1:00 pm** Job type: Full-time Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site job Expected start date: 09/16/2025
