Logistics Coordinator – TEA Transport Job Description: At TEA Transport, a company specialized in waste transportation and handling, we are seeking a responsible, organized Logistics Coordinator with experience in operational management of transport units and personnel. The main objective of this position is to ensure operational efficiency and service compliance, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and proper fleet operation. Main Responsibilities: · Coordinate the daily assignment of units and operators according to service requirements. · Supervise adherence to routes, schedules, and deliveries. · Monitor field operations via GPS and communication with operators. · Verify preventive and corrective maintenance of Roll Off units. · Control fuel consumption, downtime, and operational performance. · Maintain constant communication with customers to confirm services and resolve incidents. · Prepare performance reports, including mileage, tonnage, and efficiency. · Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies. · Coordinate documentation, service orders, and billing. · Participate in route and logistics process optimization. Requirements: · Age: 30 to 50 years. · Education: Completed high school (technical degree or Bachelor’s in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field preferred). · Experience in report preparation and operational control. · Knowledge of industrial safety and waste management. · Familiarity with basic performance indicators and transportation regulations. · Proficiency with tools such as GPS, fuel platforms, and Google Maps. · Availability to respond to operational emergencies. · We Offer: · Location: Tizayuca, Hidalgo · Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with 1 hour for lunch). · Employment type: Permanent contract. · Salary: $18,000 gross per month. · Statutory benefits. · Additional benefits starting from the third month of employment.
