We are currently seeking talent for the position of: Maintenance Supervisor *(on\-site mode)* Work Location: Metropolitan area of Toluca, State of Mexico, and western area of Mexico City. Position Objective: Coordinate and manage preventive and corrective maintenance of installed equipment for Signaling, Telecommunications, and Operational Control Center (OCC) subsystems according to maintenance plans/programs and/or incident reports; ensuring proper operation of customer site equipment by performing preventive and corrective actions to address failures and/or anomalies in the corresponding area (level 2 maintenance), aiming to ensure Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety (RAMS) project standards. Key Responsibilities:* Supervise timely and proper execution of preventive maintenance activity programs, validating with External Supervision correct implementation of works according to Particular Specifications, procedures, and/or applicable manuals. * Identify deviations and/or incidents directly impacting on\-site activities, immediately reporting to your manager and proposing applicable solutions for review and agreement with External Supervision on\-site, in alignment with business strategy, project objectives, and manager instructions. * Ensure proper on\-site documentation of activities by technicians, including completed work reports, photographs, service sheets, and other records agreed upon with External Supervision. * Train personnel under your responsibility on assigned tasks based on technical documentation for each subsystem. Required Profile:* Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Electronics, Electrical, Communications, Systems, or related field. * \+2 years of experience supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities on electrical, electronic, mechanical, IT, and communication equipment. * Experience managing work teams (at least 5 direct reports). * Experience tracking preventive maintenance work plans and generating various reports. * Certifications (DC\-3\) in: working at heights, confined spaces, electrical hazards. * Experience using measurement equipment (multimeter, ammeter, oscilloscope, etc.); operating lifting platforms (e.g., Genie) and cranes. * Preferably, experience in preventive maintenance of railway system equipment. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365\. * Valid driver's license.
