Job Summary: Assist the Splicing Technician in cable preparation, closure assembly, and logistics, ensuring the fusion splicing process is carried out cleanly, orderly, and efficiently. Support in fiber optic construction and maintenance activities. **MISSION:** Assist the Splicing Technician in cable preparation, closure assembly, and on-site logistics, ensuring the fusion splicing process is carried out cleanly, orderly, and efficiently. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** * Monthly Net Salary: $9,500 MXN. * Timely Payments: Weekly (every Monday) * Statutory Benefits from Day 1 (IMSS, Vacation, Year-End Bonus, Vacation Premium) plus supplementary contributions to your AFORE account * Learn to operate fusion splicers and OTDRs to advance to a Technician position in the short term * Training: Access to ongoing industry certifications. * Out-of-Town Projects: Daily food allowance of $200 MXN (approximately $4,800 extra per month). * Accommodation: Free, fully equipped campsite with transportation included. * Tools: Full PPE and specialized tools **WHAT WE SEEK:** * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecommunications (preferably as a line crew assistant or installer). * Basic identification of hand tools and fiber optic materials. * No fear of heights and eagerness to learn the trade for professional growth. * Full availability for work hours and willingness to travel out-of-town as operational needs require. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preparation and cleaning of fiber optic cables (stripping and cleaving). * Assembly and sealing of splice closures (splicing enclosures) and terminal boxes. * Assisting in organizing fibers within fusion trays. * Maintenance and cleaning of precision tools (cleavers, strippers). * Supporting safety signage implementation at the worksite. * Working at heights and performing fiber optic construction. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of fiber optic networks; emergency response. * Positioning, loading, and securing ladders according to assigned tasks. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and Saturdays (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM). **Out-of-Town Availability:** Flexible schedule based on project requirements. **Meeting Point:** Tlalnepantla Centro, State of Mexico*.* **Before applying, please note it is essential that you attend in person for two days in Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico; thereafter, you will work in Pachuca or other locations—but applicants must be 100% from Pachuca, Hidalgo.** Salary: $9,500\.00 per month On-site employment Salary: $9,499\.00 \- $9,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
