




**PMO Project Coordinator** Oversee and standardize the management of all organizational projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient execution, aligned with standards and strategic objectives, optimizing resources, implementing best practices, and providing key information for senior management decision-making. RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and prioritize all organizational projects according to strategic objectives and resource availability. Assess risks, dependencies, and opportunities of each project for corporate decision-making. Monitor KPIs and performance metrics at the project portfolio level. Define, implement, and update project management policies, methodologies, and standards. Ensure all PMs and teams comply with established processes and procedures. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with standards and best practices. Support for project managers and teams: Train and advise PMs and teams on methodologies, tools, and best practices. Document lessons learned and promote continuous process improvement. Facilitate coordination among projects, optimizing resources and task allocation across the organization. Strategic communication: Prepare consolidated project portfolio reports for senior management and stakeholders. Provide information for strategic decisions regarding investment, prioritization, and resource reallocation. Maintain constant communication with internal and external clients regarding project and program status. Tools and systems: Implement and maintain project management and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools. Standardize corporate dashboards and project and portfolio monitoring reports. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or engineering in Telecommunications, Networks, Information Technology, or related field. Experience in project coordination and PMO management (2\-5 years desirable). Knowledge of methodologies: Scrum, Agile, PMI; certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or ITIL are desirable. Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar. Advanced Excel and strong command of Office suite. Leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and optimize organizational-level resources. Orientation toward governance, standardization, continuous improvement, and strategic reporting.
