Job Summary: We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Operations Manager responsible for optimizing processes, managing resources, and ensuring regulatory compliance in distribution centers. Manage human and material resources for efficient operations **TRAXION GROUP IS SEEKING** **OPERATIONS MANAGER (PHARMACEUTICAL SECTOR)** **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field (**degree certificate and professional license required**) * Minimum of **4 years** of experience as a Manager in Pharmaceutical Distribution Centers (3PL, 4PL) **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and update PNOs (Standard Operating Procedures) related to **Receiving, Storage, Picking, and Shipping** of healthcare supplies, ensuring regulatory compliance * Attend internal and external audits, providing timely closure of findings * Identify opportunities for operational process improvement, strengthening controls and enhancing customer confidence * Support extraordinary activities as required by operational needs * Manage human and material resources, assigning shifts and workloads * Ensure achievement of departmental KPIs through report monitoring * Supervise operations (receiving, storage, and picking), ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to customer requirements **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary: **$45,000 to $50,000** * 100% IMSS social security contributions * Statutory benefits * 4% food vouchers * 4% savings fund * Life insurance * SGMM (Major Medical Expense Insurance) * 30-day year-end bonus * Gasoline allowance: **$2,000 per month** **Apply now and join TRAXION GROUP** If you meet the profile, please send your CV and become part of a leading team in the pharmaceutical sector.
