"Passionate about the Customer" and become a certified international specialist! **Your Responsibilities** * Notify customers of the arrival of goods requiring compliance with any regulation. * Track and advise on compliance with regulations for product imports. * Make and receive phone calls to importers, adhering to quality protocols to meet performance indicators (%GOS). * Interact with various internal departments involved in the import process for effective releases. * Request tax payments for imports when required. * Provide timely responses to emails from internal and external customers and leaders, with effective answers to their requests. * Guide customers through various options for shipment release. * Review and validate documents received from customers. * Enter alerts into different electronic tools for tracking visibility and communication with internal and external customers. * Ensure the information declared in the proforma-invoice is accurate based on the provided documentation. * Validate legal names registered in the importers' registry, as well as patent registration and approval. * Monitor pre-alerts for shipments in transit. * Review instruction letters in electronic tools to expedite the type of shipment release. * Guarantee payment of customs entries on day 0 and day 1. * Guarantee notification of assigned tracking numbers within the stipulated time frame. Your Profile * Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, International Commerce, or related field; graduated or recent graduate. * Experience in procedures and documentation in foreign trade. * Intermediate English language skills (for handling calls and responding to emails). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
