**Export and Logistics Coordinator** -------------------------------------------- ### **Position Objective:** Coordinate and execute export processes, ensuring compliance with national and international regulations, as well as proper logistical and documentation management to guarantee timely, secure deliveries in accordance with established quality standards. ### **Candidate Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business, Logistics, Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in international logistics, exports, or foreign trade, preferably with operations into the United States. * **Language:** Intermediate to advanced English (ability to read technical documents and communicate with international customers/suppliers). * Proven experience exporting Powder and Liquid Paint. MANDATORY. ### **Required Knowledge:** * Land and maritime export processes. * Handling of hazardous and non-hazardous materials (ideally experience with liquid and powder paints). * Customs documentation and foreign trade regulations (customs entries, INCOTERMS, international invoicing, waybill). * Shipment control, route tracking, and delivery time compliance. * Coordination with carriers, customs brokers, and international customers. * Inventory control and logistics cost optimization. ### **Skills and Competencies:** * Planning and organization * Effective communication * Attention to detail * Problem solving * Working under pressure * Results-oriented and on-time performance ### **Working Conditions:** * **Salary:** $30,000 to $40,000 monthly gross (depending on experience) * **Benefits:** As per labor law
