




Job Summary: Supervise import and export operations, ensuring compliance with the Customs Law and customer requirements, with full visibility. Key Highlights: 1. Conducts analysis and makes tactical decisions. **Job Mission:** Ensure that import and export operations are completed in accordance with the Customs Law and customer requirements, providing full visibility of the operational status (p. 2\). **Main Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, or related field (p. 1\). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years as Traffic Supervisor (p. 1\). * **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in the Customs Law, Foreign Trade Regulations (Annex 22\), and LIGIE/TIGIE (p. 1\). * Handling of individual shipments, consolidations, remittances, and subdivisions (p. 1\). * Management of Non-Tariff Regulations and Restrictions (RRNA) and NOMs for safety and labeling (p. 1\). * Promotion programs (IMMEX, PROSEC) and Certificates of Origin (p. 1\). **Key Responsibilities:** * **Clearance Management:** Supervise team members (Traffic Executives and Classifiers) to complete pre-capture, validation, and payment of customs entries to release goods within a maximum of 3 days (pp. 1\-2\). * **Remittance Control:** Ensure closure of remittance operations within no more than 7 days to prevent patent suspension (pp. 2\-3\). * **Customer Service:** Implement effective communication channels and conduct feedback sessions regarding operational status (p. 4\). * **Vendor Management:** Evaluate and monitor performance of carriers, insurers, and verification units (NYCE) (p. 1\). * **Reporting:** Generate root cause analyses for non-conformities and report delayed operations status to Management (pp. 2, 4\). **Desired Skills:** * Conflict resolution and team leadership (p. 1\). * Analytical ability and tactical decision-making (p. 2\). * Excel proficiency (Intermediate–Advanced) (p. 1\).
