Position Summary: Foreign Trade Coordinator responsible for managing customs procedures, goods inspection, and regulatory compliance, ensuring efficiency and conformity. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork with emphasis on attention to detail and proactivity Education: High School Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in International Relations, International Trade, or related field (Intern and/or Graduate) Age: 21 years or older Marital Status: Not specified Mandatory Requirement: Availability of time Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar position **Responsibilities:** Preparation of customs procedures (clearances, imports, abandonments, returns, subdivisions, labeling, pre-inspections, inspections, etc.) and submissions to various authorities (SEMARNAT, PROFEPA, SECRETARY OF HEALTH, SEDENA) Conducting pre-inspections of goods (documentary and physical review of goods; identification of brands and identification numbers of various goods; assessment of damages; verification of compliance with NOMs) Preparation of export customs declarations (pedimentos) Collection of shipping guides from various warehouses and dispatches Presentation of goods at the Automated Selection Module Compliance with customs examinations Expediting transfers of goods between warehouses as required, based on assigned pre-inspections Filing written submissions to authorities and tracking their status Coordination with transportation carriers and management of goods inbound and outbound Verification and assurance that goods are loaded correctly **Skills:** Teamwork Results-oriented Honesty and sense of responsibility Initiative and proactivity Dynamic Attention to detail Numerical aptitude **Knowledge:** Customs legislation (TIGIE) Tariff classification Non-tariff regulations and restrictions Microsoft Office Suite Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $9,500.00 - $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
