




Grupo Ginez We are seeking: **BILLING ASSISTANT** **Position Objective:** Ensure the timely, accurate, and regulation-compliant issuance of digital sales receipts generated by the company, guaranteeing an efficient flow of information to customers and internal departments. **Main Responsibilities:** * Accurately and promptly prepare invoices according to daily requests. * Issue payment complements for credit sale invoices. * Support bank reconciliations and administrative controls. * Update and monitor customer and billing databases. * Prepare and submit reports requested by Management and the Accounting department. * Respond to phone inquiries from branches and customers, providing professional and courteous service. * Use banking portals and accounting management systems. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience with electronic invoicing systems desirable (Contpaq Facturación, Contpaq Comercial, or similar). * Basic knowledge of CFDI, payment complements, carta porte, and other digital receipts. * Experience in bank reconciliations and database management is desirable. * Recent graduates with interest in professional development will be considered. **Skills and Competencies:** * Analytical ability and mathematical aptitude. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Effective communication and courteous interaction with internal and external clients. * Accuracy, reliability, and ethics in handling accounting information.
