"Passion for Customers" and become a certified international specialist! **Your Responsibilities:** * Responsible for the loading and unloading operations of International A/C MIII and Domestic A/C MD80 flights. * In charge of coordinating and executing ramp service provider operations. * Supervise ramp operations, ensuring all resources and equipment are available and on time. * Supervise aircraft loading and unloading operations, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures on the ramp. * Notify and communicate to the Network Control Group any operational changes that may affect shipment connectivity. * Actively collaborate with Gateway and Service Centre functions. * Perform root cause analysis, establish and execute action plans. * Execute checklists to ensure standard operations. * Experience handling and operating GSE (Ground Support Equipment). * Maintain close communication with all SVC, Network, HUB, and Sales departments. * Experience in aircraft handling, including Weight and Balance, Meteorology, and general safety procedures on the ramp. **Your Profile** * Education: **Aeronautical Engineering**, **Aerospace Engineering**, **Aviation Operations**, or related field. * English: Intermediate level * Proficiency in Office software * Flexible availability * Willingness to travel 20% of the time from CDMX to AIFA Do you identify with this profile and are challenged by these tasks and responsibilities?
