




Medical and Hemodialysis Services Pachuca, due to expansion, is offering the position of **OPERATIONAL NURSE (NIGHT SHIFT)** If you are a Nurse with interest or experience in hemodialysis procedures, this opportunity is for you. We will train you! **Knowledge and Experience:** Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Technical Nurse General. Experience in patient care in clinics or hospitals, preferably with basic hemodialysis experience. **Desirable Requirements:** 24 to 50 years old. Gender indifferent **Responsibilities:** Ø Attend ongoing training sessions as part of the unit's continuous training program. Ø Take patient somatometry. Ø Perform comprehensive assessment and interview of the patient upon admission and record it in the nursing note. Ø Measure, assess, and record patients' vital signs in the nursing note. Ø Assess vascular access before, during, and after each hemodialysis session. Ø Provide pre-, intra-, and post-hemodialysis vascular access care. Ø Connect and disconnect catheters according to established procedures manuals. Ø Connect and disconnect fistulas once the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge has been acquired. Ø Monitor treatment before, during, and after hemodialysis. Ø Perform external cleaning and disinfection of the hemodialysis station machine (machine, reposet, oxygen outlets, and medical area) after each procedure. Ø Proper handling of medications. **We Offer:** Ongoing training for 6 months until obtaining a Hemodialysis certification. Direct hiring at the clinic. Uniforms provided. Statutory benefits. Schedule: Monday to Saturday from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM (4 HOURS - NIGHT SHIFT), Sundays off. Salary: $5,500 net per month during training period; after 6 months, salary increases to $7,750 net monthly + monthly productivity bonus. Biweekly payroll payments.
