Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate personnel under your responsibility in assembly, configuration, and shipping tasks, ensuring proper execution and addressing customer needs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of personnel and assembly processes. 2. Configuration management and shipping documentation. 3. Customer requirement handling and area maintenance. Supervise personnel under your responsibility during your shift. Generate configuration reports for assemblies. Supervise correct assembly execution. Supervise reverse-sequence shipping. Supervise that complete configurations are shipped for each series, including the part numbers specified in the assembly configuration report. Assist personnel under your supervision with any issues that arise. Report to the Assembly Manager any issues occurring during your shift and how they were resolved. Generate the list of materials shipped in each box. Deliver documentation to the carrier. Record shipped materials in inventory during your shift. Address customer requirements arising during your shift. Maintain areas, equipment, and facilities under your responsibility in good condition.
