* Job Reference: 2401366905\-2 * Date Posted: 9 October 2025 * Recruiter: TXP * Location: City, Manchester * Salary: £30,000 to £31,000 * Bonus/Benefits: 25 days / pension / car / bonus * Sector: Print * Job Type: Permanent **Job Description** ------------------- ROLE : Photocopier Field Service Engineer (Managed Print / Photocopiers) LOCATION: Greater Manchester / Liverpool \- North West **The Role** Working for a high\-end premium IT, communication and managed document solutions provider your aim will be to provide customers with a professional and efficient technical support service, ensuring full customer satisfaction. Leads, guides and supports a team of Technicians to deliver a very high level of technical effectiveness, product knowledge and customer care **Key responsibilities and tasks:** Provide technical assistance within timescales specified by SLAs Effectively investigate and rectify faults Perform routine maintenance and modifications/updates as required Provide support during installations Understand and be fully conversant with SLAs relating to assigned accounts Understand solutions in use and be able to carry out basic fault finding Back up colleagues when necessary \- e.g., holiday, sickness, busy periods Log call details using the call logging system within agreed timescales Report reoccurring faults to enable proactive management of such faults Share expertise and technical information with team members Build relationships with key stakeholder acounts at all times Ensure boot stock and/or site stock is maintained at specified levels Attend product courses as requested to ensure knowledge base sufficient for **Applicant profile:** Previous experience of working in a field technical support environment within the MFP/photocopier/print arena Ability to think through problems in a logical manner to enable speedy and accurate resolution of issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure first class customer service **Application** To apply for this position please follow the link on this page or send your CV or if you would like more information on this vacancy or any others we may have, please contact Nikki Foxall on (phone number removed)
